Wachovia to Participate in International Treasury Management Conference 2004
Wachovia Treasury Services to host exhibit booth and speaker

Charlotte, N.C. - Wachovia Treasury Services, the nation's second-largest cash management provider, announces the participation of its International Treasury Services group in the International Treasury Management Conference, hosted by EuroFinance, a leader in global and regional cash and treasury management events for finance professionals. The conference will be held April 27-29 in Miami, Fla.

During the conference, Wachovia will host an exhibit booth and will lead a conference session, on Tuesday April, 27, entitled, "Centralizing Treasury Management in North America". This presentation will focus on the increased opportunities and challenges in centralizing treasury operations since the passage of the NAFTA agreement.

In addition, a number of Wachovia executives will attend the International Treasury Management conference this year including, Ranjana Clark, Executive Vice President and Head of Wachovia Treasury Services, Ann Givens, Senior Vice President and Business Line Manager for International Treasury Services, and Mike Davis, Senior Vice President and International Treasury Sales Manager.
